Client Account Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Client Account Manager to join our growing SEO agency. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their SEO campaigns align with their business goals and are executed efficiently. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships, understanding client needs, and driving the success of SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main liaison between clients and the SEO team.
Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and tailor SEO strategies accordingly.
Oversee the implementation and monitoring of SEO campaigns, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics are met.
Regularly report campaign progress and results to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the internal SEO, content, and technical teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.
Conduct regular client meetings (virtual or in-person) to review performance, discuss objectives, and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services based on client needs and campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure client strategies remain competitive.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in client account management, preferably within a digital marketing or SEO agency.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools, and metrics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for clients.
Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to managing relationships.
Experience in upselling and cross-selling services is a plus.
