We are looking for a person who will join our growth team and help us support partner branches in different countries. 

Area of responsibilities: 

The main attention is paid to the analysis and development of the company's activities in the countries where we operate, as well as the development of ways to improve their efficiency. We are looking for a pro-active and experienced sales manager who can effectively control partners, execute sales plans and participate in regional sales strategy creation. 

Also our Area BDM should do: 

  • Supervise partner to direct their operations and supporting them through the process of target realization; 
  • Present periodic reports to company directors on sales operations; 
  • Conduct research to identify new product opportunities and trending consumer needs; 
  • Ensure partners adherence to company policies and procedures; 
  • Develop and implement standards for productivity, customer-service and quality of service. 
  • Carry out sales forecast to determine company financial objectives and target market for a product/service; 
  • Interviewing, hiring and training staff. 
  • Organize reporting system; 

Requirements

  • 3+ years B2B sales experience with managerial background; 
  • Experience in the hospitality or technology industry for hoteliers would be a plus; 
  • Knowledge of key global TravelTech market players would be a plus; 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English and Russian;
  • Comfortable with CRM and computer software; 
  • Client focus, communication skills, readiness for an intense rhythm of work 
  • Be prepared for business trips to different region several times per year;
