Your missions

Overview:

SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner. 

We need a true, experienced, accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience through the interview (attract, select, interview, negotiate, and extend offer)
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet recruitment needs
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Manage the scheduling of the interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers
  • Stay current on industry news, trends, and best practices, related to talent sourcing
  • Ensure Company values and behaviors are incorporated in the recruitment process
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in recruiting for business-focused roles, with a deep understanding of the specific skills and qualifications required for such positions
  • Proficient in English in written and verbal communication
  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment process
  • Experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing and interviewing techniques
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, help to investigate and analyze which candidate will be the best fit for each position
  • International recruitment experience
