Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat
  • Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer satisfaction targets
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
  • Follow established procedures and adhere to quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • No prior customer service experience required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • Valid European Passport or ID
