Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
Address customer inquiries efficiently and provide them with accurate information regarding automotive products and services.
Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Keep up-to-date with company offerings and automotive industry trends to better assist customers.
Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service strategies and initiatives.
Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or related field.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
