Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in Slovak language.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist customers with product information and service guidelines.

  • Record and manage customer interactions using the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Slovak, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of customer care.
