Your Job

The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for analyzing digital performance and revenue management across Sparteo’s platforms. This role aims to optimize advertising revenues, provide data-driven insights to internal teams and clients, and ensure high-quality analysis and reporting on key metrics. The mission includes understanding trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to revenue strategy enhancement.

Performance Data Analysis:

  • Analyze website performance data (traffic, RPM, ad revenue).
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
  • Tools: Google Analytics, Wysistat, Excel.

Collaboration with Teams and Clients:

  • Partner with internal teams (Acquisition, CSM, Product) and external clients to set and refine performance goals.
  • Communicate analysis results and revenue optimization strategies clearly to stakeholders.
  • Validate and critique client and partner data for consistency and accuracy.

Reporting and Strategic Recommendations:

  • Prepare detailed analysis reports that track KPIs and recommend strategies for optimization.
  • Align performance objectives with past performance and set realistic targets for growth.

Revenue Optimization and Strategy:

  • Contribute to developing and refining revenue strategies for website monetization.
  • Support the creation of strategic approaches for ad placement, audience growth, and monetization.

Your profile for this job
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in digital advertising or revenue management.
  • Advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of online content monetization models and ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Ability to deliver clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain insights clearly and influence internal teams.
  • Proactive, data-driven mindset, eager to optimize results with a constant focus on improvement.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
