Your missions

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including flagging important emails and managing meeting invitations.
  • Assist with contract development under the guidance of the Director of External Affairs and Strategic Engagement (EASE) and others.
  • Provide data entry support for the Director of EASE regarding grant applications.
  • Support the walkthrough of the partner contract process, including tracking marketing benefits.
  • Post-grant award: enter specific information into trackers and update calendars to flag reporting details for each grant.
  • Provide post-trade agreement administrative support by entering specific information into trackers and updating calendars to flag details for each trade agreement.
  • Create and maintain an organization-wide calendar, including updates, milestones, and highlighting grants and reporting cycles.
  • Schedule stand-up meetings 15 minutes prior to large-scale presentations.
  • Support efforts to engage with Friends of the Festival, ensuring execution of cadence and strategy at the micro level.
  • Maintain the Board directory and distribute updates as needed.
  • Prepare for all Board and Executive Committee meetings to ensure agendas are prepared.
  • Foster a customer-focused environment to ensure exceptional guest experiences through all stages of the guest journey.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to marketing and operations teams, aiming to continuously improve and scale service delivery.
  • Monitor service trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, enhancing processes, increasing quality, and reducing operating expenses.
  • Oversee post-festival and all post-event feedback processes, including managing the relationship with the College of Charleston Office of Tourism Analysis.
