The Technical Client Partner is both a business & technology partner with a deep understanding of complex integration solution design and execution that will proactively engage in large scale customer onboarding projects to align customer and platform requirements with Integration solutions (EDI & API). This role contributes to and supports the long-term integration strategy, the governance of both onboarding & integration processes; and co-creates and promotes (with Integration Product Owners) the Go-To-Market material and integration solution visibility. The TCP will establish a network across platforms and business line stakeholders to streamline customer onboarding, improve integration scalability to drive top line growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Complex Solution Support: Collaborate closely with Client Program Managers, Customer Implementation Managers, Solution Engineers, Product Owners and their respective Tech Partners to solve challenging customer requirements with integration solutions. Drive standardization and platform accountability, enabling scalable, efficient solutions that integrate seamlessly with target systems and business processes. Integration Strategy: Collaborate with Integration Product Owners to design and execute effective Integration strategies. Facilitate and enhance the customer’s unified Integration journey. Drive simplification and automation to accelerate the Integration platform. Integration Insights: Support Integration product development and standardization with critical business insights and customer/user feedback. Provide data driven input backed by previous integration projects and experience to support the Integration strategy and future products. Integration Governance: Partner with Platform/Tech partners to install mechanisms that bring stability to customer onboarding and integrations with reusable components, scalable, migratable solutions that can be easily maintained and operated by the business. Integration Visibility: Go-To-Market material generation and promotion. EDI and API Standard Solution promotion. Developer Portal promotion. Network Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders for all (XbM) business lines within the region. Support Regional Demand Managers with complex Integration questions and requirements. Develop & Educate: Facilitate EDI/API capability knowledge and growth across the Demand Management team to improve the customer and user experience with Integrations. Conduct product & process trainings to keep Integration teams aware of all modernization plans and activities taking place across business lines.
What you bring:
- A Deep understanding of technical integration design with balanced business acumen, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies, business models and capabilities into customer value and clear outcomes.
- Experienced Integration knowledge and understanding, capable of managing a highly complex integration demands.
- Effective collaboration with Sales, CIMs, SENGs, CX, POs and other functional leaders.
- A passion for using technology to improve business outcomes for our customers.
- An invested interest in technology, standardization, automation, and optimization of processes and solutions.
- An understanding user needs and insights with an ability to translate these requests and requirements to clear project plans for development and implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex information and drive alignment for standardization and the integration strategy.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in Supply Chain/B2B/EDI implementation and management within the logistics domain.
- In-depth knowledge of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT), protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP), and data formats (e.g., XML, JSON).
- Familiarity with EDI software tools and platforms, such as EDI translators, mapping software, and VANs (Value-Added Networks).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in EDI or relevant professional credentials (e.g., Certified EDI Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional) is a plus.
