About this Opportunity
 

MillerKnoll’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, 12-week opportunity that provides a 100% real-world experience for students early in their careers. Throughout the summer you will apply academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

 

As an Talent Management Intern, you will work supporting the Talent team prepare for the associate experience survey, performance enablement and talent initiatives.

What You'll Do 
Associate Experience Surveys 

"    Support the analysis of quantitative survey results 

"    Categorize and summarize open-ended survey comments. 

"    Help identify key themes and trends from employee feedback. 

"    Prepare preliminary reports and presentations on survey results. 

"    Track progress and assist in documenting the implementation of action plans. 

Performance Enablement 

"    Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials related to goal setting and performance management. 

"    Support workshops or training sessions on effective goal-setting techniques. 

Talent Team Initiatives 

"    Research best practices and trends in organizational effectiveness and employee experience. 

"    Help design and execute employee experience enhancement initiatives. 

"    Collect feedback on new initiatives and measure their impact on employee satisfaction. 

"    Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas or insights based on observations and research. 

Administrative and Operational Support 

"    Prepare materials for presentations, workshops, or training sessions. 

"    Support other team members with various ad-hoc tasks as needed. 

"    Document processes and procedures for future reference and continuous improvement. 

 
What You Bring 
The needed skills and experience for this role include... 
·       Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
·       Strong communication skills
·       Enrolled and pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Business Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university, and able to provide transcripts upon request.
·       You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program.  
·       Must have satisfactorily completed basic coursework in the chosen degree program.   
·       Must be authorized to work in the United States.  
·       Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations

A starting compensation range for this role is $15.05 - $18.65. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
