  • Utilize electromagnetic simulation tools to optimize motor performance.

  • Perform thermal analysis.

Manufacturing and Testing

  • Work within the Cryo Product Engineering team to refine the manufacturing process with best practices.

  • Analyze test data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary design changes.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, test engineers, and manufacturing teams, to ensure the successful integration of motor designs.

  • Work with the manufacturing team to develop best practices for assembly, fabrication, and final processing of the current rotor and stator design.

  • Communicate technical concepts and project status to stakeholders, including management and customers.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to source components and materials.

Project Management

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, engineering transmittals, and reports.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
