We are looking for a Systems Integration Analyst to join our Project and Financial Systems team. The Systems Integration Analyst will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data automation solutions using Workato and other integration tools. This position involves collaborating with accounting and operational partners to understand their data integration needs, mapping data flows, and ensuring efficient and accurate data processing across systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Workato, Boomi, or similar integration tools and a deep understanding of data integration and automation principles.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data mapping solutions using Workato to automate data flows between systems.
  • Create and maintain integration workflows, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Work closely with the integration team and business teams to integrate various systems, including CRM, ERP, billing, and other enterprise applications.
  • Design and implement custom integrations to streamline business processes.
  • Undertake various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Monitor the performance of automated workflows and integrations, ensuring smooth and error-free operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and automation.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and configurations for reference and training purposes.
  • Provide training and support to users and other team members on the use of automated solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in data integration and automation.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders including business unit leadership.
  • Drive and foster a positive organizational culture by exemplifying and promoting our core values and behaviors, ensuring alignment with company standards and nurturing an environment of collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience with Workato, Boomi or similar integration tools required.
  • Experience with NetSuite accounting software preferred.
  • Strong technical background, including specific knowledge of APIs, FTP processes and integration tools.
  • Execution-orientation with a strong adherence to deadlines.
  • Experience working on system implementation projects
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate with leadership, cross functional teams, and external sources.
  • Capacity to think ahead, set clear goals, and develop long-term plans to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Capable of working together with diverse individuals, fostering a positive team environment, and promoting collaboration and teamwork.

  • Minimum 3 years of software development experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in iPaaS integration technologies, implementing Workato integrations with NetSuite or Salesforce platform or other major cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience working with SaaS-based products
  • Knowledge in SOA, API, Web-Services, Message-oriented integration and streaming concepts and technologies.
