Partner Success is a strategic arm of the Enterprise Sales team at Apartment List. To our partners, this team provides meaningful data & insights, analysis of performance, and product knowledge and training. Internally, Partner Success works to drive initiatives forward with partners, gather partner feedback to share cross functionally, and create content that assists in unlocking opportunities for our AEs.
This role will report into our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. The Partner Success Manager role is central to driving strategic initiatives forward and delivering meaningful data insights to our partners. The individual in this role will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the information and resources delivered reflect the voice of our partners.
Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:
- Industry Expert: Stay updated on industry trends and communicate insights to stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Reporting and Insight Specialist: Support the sales team in generating actionable findings and creating reports that drive account growth and retention
- Performance Optimization: Analyze client and product data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Product Adoption: Develop and monitor strategies to drive product adoption and boost revenue growth
- Partner Education: Create customized presentations, learning materials, and deliverables to help educate our partners on our product and its impact on their performance
- Act As a Liaison and Go-to Resource: You will identify client challenges and pain points and partner with cross-functional team members (Sales, Product, Analytics, etc) to provide solutions and resources
Here are the skills and experience you’ll need to be successful:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, data analytics or customer success roles.
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You’re comfortable creating decks and client facing materials
- You are insatiably curious, self-motivated, and results driven
- You are a team player and get excited about learning from and encouraging those around you.
- You are data-driven and have experience analyzing data sets to derive insights. You are skilled in Excel and GSuite; foundational SQL skills a plus
- You’re not afraid to get scrappy in a small startup environment and use your creative problem solving skills to deliver results
- A proven track record in a client-facing role, whether that is customer success, account management, sales or consulting.
Here's the Pay Range:
At Apartment List, we carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work. The US base salary range for this position is:
- Zone 1: $66,000 - $79,000 TTC (including $56,000 - $68,000 base salary) + equity
- Zone 2: $61,000 - $74,000 TTC (including $52,000 - $62,000 base salary) + equity
- Zone 3: $56,000 - $68,000 TTC (including $48,000 - $57,000 base salary) + equity
This reflects the compensation target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Please note, the compensation details provided do not include benefits and perks that we offer.
We also rely on market indicators along with considering your work location, job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive for you. Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration. It is always our goal to hire exceptional talent and we would be happy to share more about compensation during the hiring process.
