Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto and Chicago only)
Compensation: Hourly (paid in equity compensation equivalent to CAD $32/hour)

About the Job:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable ESG Analyst Intern to join our ESG Department. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of ESG strategies and initiatives, analyzing data, and helping to ensure that Vosyn meets its environmental, social, and governance objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ESG principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to sustainability.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the development and implementation of ESG strategies and policies.
- Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, best practices, and regulations.
- Analyze and interpret ESG data to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations on ESG performance and progress.
- Support stakeholder engagement initiatives, including communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of ESG-related content for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG considerations into their operations.
- Monitor and report on emerging ESG risks and opportunities.
About You:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainability practices.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using online collaboration and reporting platforms.
