We’re looking for a Sector Sales Manager - Data Center to join our European team, who can take a targeted approach to engage end users and the associated ecosystem (consultants, contractors, installers, integrators,) to support our Sales organization in achieving targeted sales in this category.

What you’ll do:

  • Responsible for growing the business within the Data Centre sector across France, Italy, and Spain.

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy in collaboration with Marketing.

  • Lead and manage a sales team to foster a high-performing sales culture following Aggreko Sales Leadership Blueprint.

  • Oversee the team's opportunity pipeline in the CRM system for forecasting.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.

  • Ensure fiscal targets for the Data Centre sector are met and exceeded.

  • Contribute significantly as a key member of the European Commercial Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in leading and managing high-performing sales teams across multiple European countries.

  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

  • Ideally knowledge of the Data Centre sector: data center design, construction, and operations

  • Ideally experience in power generation and temperature control rental industries.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

  • Financially astute with a customer-centric focus.

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
