Global Account Manager - Europe
DACH region

Based out of Germany

GENERAL PURPOSE

Develop and lead Global Account Strategies in key accounts within EMEA that will meet and exceed financial objectives as determined by the Director of Global Accounts EMEA. Prioritise time with Global customers to drive business from new opportunities and established installed base. Create and build on relationships with internal and external customers across the world.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Coach and mentor the Regional Specialists Team within the account to produce selling strategies specific to EMEA
  • Create account profiles for all existing and potential customers
  • Develop networks with appropriate influencers with the industry and aligned industries
  • Develop selling strategies to secure new accounts and relationships
  • Ensure that new opportunities are created on SFDC
  • Ensure that other HM sales teams are part of the process when appropriate
  • Exceed financial goals by securing new business with Global Customers and Regional Account customers
  • Leverage HMGA EMEA relationships to build success
  • Motivate the Regional Specialist Sales team to win locally
  • Provide feedback to HM based on experiences out in the field
  • Provide timely and accurate management information to Director of Global Account - EMEA
  • Regularly communicate with HM dealers and salespeople in other parts of the world across different time zones
  • Support the creation of compelling and complex commercial quotations
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.
