Your missions

Aledade is seeking a bright, skilled, and motivated individual for an exciting and challenging Integration Support Lead opportunity. The right candidate is a forward-thinking individual who is highly committed to the health of data interfaces that drive the success of Aledade practices. Once the data interfaces are established and live in production, they will require support to maintain the health of all connections. Therefore, the right candidate must possess excellent analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and organizational skills.

We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.

Primary Duties
  • Monitor the health of active data interfaces and ensure action to resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot interface issues: SIU, 837, CCDA, ADT and non-standard interfaces.
  • Collaborate with vendors, practices, and other Aledade teams to troubleshoot connectivity issues and/or interface issues via emails and phone calls.
  • Management of issues escalated from internal teams and Aledade practices.
  • Management of issues related to HealthJump (third-party vendor) data interfaces.
  • Administer calls with internal and external partners.
  • Management of issues reported by vendors - triage and ticket assignment to members of the team.

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years experience in troubleshooting issues with HL7 (SIU and ADT), 837, and/or CCDA
  • Experience using SQL queries, preferably in Postgresql and Snowflake, to perform forensic analysis and update configuration settings
  • Must be a passionate, proactive, self-directed individual that is able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert in triaging tickets to include root cause analysis, diagnosis, and escalation through resolution
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple requests while being courteous and professional at all times

  • Preferred KSA's
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
  • Healthcare industry experience working with PM and/or EHR systems is a plus
