RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Tasks:
- • LinkedIn Posts: Create and schedule engaging content for our professional audience on LinkedIn.
- • Instagram Posts: Develop creative and visually appealing posts and stories to grow our Instagram presence.
- • TikTok Account Management: Set up and manage a new TikTok account, repurposing Instagram content for a younger, more dynamic audience.
- • Google My Business Posts: Regularly update and optimize posts to enhance our visibility on Google search results.
- • Blog Posts: Write and upload relevant, high-quality blog posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- • Landing Pages Creation: Design and manage the development of landing pages for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- • Email Newsletter: Plan, design, and execute monthly email newsletters to keep our audience engaged and informed.
- • Design Flyers: Create eye-catching designs for flyers to be used in mail drops.
Bonus Skills:
- • Experience with SEO and Google Ads is a significant plus and will allow you to contribute to our broader digital marketing strategy.
- Project and Admin Tasks:
- • Supplier Quote Requests: Manage supplier communications to request quotes and follow up as needed.
- • Supplier Communication: Contact suppliers to check sample stock and help plan showroom visits and routes.
- • Data Entry: Input information into the design FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) schedule to maintain accurate records.
- • Email Management: Monitor and respond to key inquiries in the company’s inbox.
Business Development Tasks:
• Digital Product Library: Assist in setting up and organizing our digital product library to improve workflow and accessibility.
Requirements
- • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- • Strong content creation skills, both written and visual.
- • Experience with Google My Business, landing pages, and email marketing.
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of SEO and Google Ads is a plus.
SHIFT: Monday to Friday/ Part Time 4 hours/ AU
