Since founding in 2021, we have quickly grown to 6 locations across two continents and more than 100 team members of different nationalities.

🙌 The role

As the Content Lead at Boundless Life, you will play a critical role in inspiring more families to live & learn around the world. You will be the voice of Boundless Life, across marketing and sales materials, as well as our on-site collaterals. Your expertise in story telling and content strategy will be instrumental in increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads for the sales team and driving company growth. This position is a part-time and fully remote position.

Job Description:

  • Create and manage a strategic content calendar, identifying key topics, formats, and distribution channels.

  • Oversee Content Production: Lead the creation of engaging content (blogs, website, newsletters, brochures, etc.), ensuring it is high quality and aligned with brand messaging.

  • Optimize for Search Engines: Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, including keyword integration, meta tags, and backlinks, to drive organic traffic.

  • Monitor Content Performance: Track content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), focusing on key metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Support Other Departments: Provide content support for internal teams, such as HR (for employer branding), customer service, and operations (local collaterals).

  • Develop and manage new and recurring demand generation programs, including targeted outbound prospecting, new marketing campaigns, content marketing and more. You’ll think of new ways to grow our channels and acquire customers.

  • Ensure Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and style across all platforms and content formats. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and contributes to a cohesive brand story.

  • Understand Audience Needs: Continuously research and understand the target audience to ensure content is relevant and valuable to them.

🫶 About you

You will be valued for:

  • 5+ years of experience required in Content Creation & Editing: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills are essential for producing high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience across different platforms (blogs, social media, email, etc.).

  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding search engine optimization (SEO) helps ensure content is discoverable and drives organic traffic. You should know how to optimise content for search engines using keyword research, meta descriptions, and other SEO best practices.

  • Project Management: Managing a content calendar, coordinating with other teams (like marketing, design, and sales), and ensuring deadlines are met is crucial. You should have strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Strategic Thinking: You must align content efforts with the company's broader goals, developing a cohesive content strategy that supports business objectives like brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

  • Previous experience in high-growth and venture-backed businesses, demonstrating a strong track record of successful content planning.

  • Creativity and Innovation: The ability to think creatively to develop unique and compelling content ideas is key. You should stay current on industry trends and be willing to experiment with new formats (video, podcasts, infographics, etc.).

  • Communication & Collaboration: A content lead works with various departments and team members, so strong interpersonal communication skills are important. 

  • Brand Awareness: Deep understanding of the company’s voice, tone, and messaging is critical. You will ensure consistency across all channels and help strengthen the brand’s identity.
