Job description

Title: Account Manager – Southeast

Location: Remote (Approximately 30% Travel)

Territory: Southern OH, TN, GA, FL, KY

We are actively seeking an Account Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Account Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Driving budgeted sales growth using tactics outlined by the manager to promote overall growth for the Farm & Home & Pet Distribution Platform P&L.
  • Planning and managing sales routes to execute sales strategies outlined by manager.
  • Supporting dealers with promotional planning and execution and special events outlined by manager.
  • Implementing the placement of all strategic Compana items and programs to assigned account base.
  • Servicing all assigned accounts with training, trade shows and line reviews.
  • Actively calling on dealers on a routine basis driving sales growth, items, and program placement.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 1-3+ years outside sales experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to set and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must have a proven track record of building relationships and executing sales strategies to penetrate, close, and manage business.
