Program Manager – Drive Strategic Success Across Multi-Stream Projects

Are you a seasoned Program Manager with a knack for leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and steer the successful delivery of key product development and service projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, and senior management to ensure that every program meets its strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Multi-Stream Projects: Oversee the delivery of tactical and strategic projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
  • Program Governance: Apply robust project governance techniques, ensuring compliance and consistent processes across all programs and related projects.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve resourcing challenges, and manage program budgets to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal teams, customers, and external parties, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Develop detailed program schedules, prepare comprehensive status and financial reports, and communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience managing large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders, ideally in an agile environment.
  • Expertise: Advanced skills in scheduling, resource management, risk management, and financial tracking, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
  • Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Business Management or Information Technology, with certification in Program/Project Management.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.
