Front-end Developer

Agency Services, a marketing and advertising firm delivering results since 2005, is seeking a skilled Front End Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the front end of our Ruby on Rails application using GitHub as a version control system. As a Front End Developer, you will collaborate with our back-end developers and designers to provide an exceptional user experience. If you have a strong understanding of front-end development, experience with Ruby on Rails, and proficiency in using GitHub, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing features for our Ruby on Rails application
• Create responsive and accessible designs
• Translate visual designs into clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and project managers to implement front-end solutions
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Help maintain and improve code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong experience in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and its front-end frameworks, such as ERB or HAML
• Experience using GitHub as a version control system
• Knowledge of front-end build tools and package managers, such as Webpack and Yarn
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Experience with testing and debugging processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
