We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Filevine Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview
As an Implementation Specialist at CoreBridge Solutions, you will play a crucial role in configuring and deploying Filevine software across our client base, primarily US law firms. Your mission will be to ensure a smooth, efficient, and effective implementation process, enhancing our client's operational capabilities and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the implementation process for Filevine projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.
  2. Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Filevine setups and integrations, particularly focusing on legal workflows and case management.
  3. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure full adoption and proficient use of the Filevine software.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop enhancements, streamline processes, and ensure continuous improvement in the implementation lifecycle.
  5. Maintain and upgrade the Filevine system configurations to adapt to new changes and client demands.
  6. Provide ongoing support and expert advice to maximize the software's efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in software implementation, with a strong preference for candidates who have direct experience with Filevine or similar legal management platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver projects efficiently, meeting timelines and client expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience with API integrations and a good understanding of legal workflows and case management is highly desirable.
