JOB TITLE: HELP DESK SPECIALIST

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our traders and internal staff. Your expertise and dedication will ensure the seamless operation of our trading systems and platforms, ultimately contributing to the success of our traders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Help traders and our team with technical problems, like software issues.
  • Software Help: Assist traders in using our trading software.
  • Onboarding Support: Help new traders get started with both Funder Trading and Prosper Trading.
  • Documentation: Keep records of common technical issues and solutions.
  • Ticket Management: Keep track of support requests and make sure they get resolved.
  • User Education: Teach traders and our team how to use technology better.
  • Remote Assistance: Provide help from a distance, like installing or updating software.
  • Collaboration: Work with our IT and development teams to solve tough problems and suggest
  • improvements.
  • Quality Checks: Make sure our trading systems work well and report any problems.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Familiarity with proprietary trading software or financial trading platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a dedication to providing exceptional support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
