Job Description:

The Security Services Engineer focused on Identity Security Platform Transformation will own, manage, and support CyberArk’s Privilege customers' transition to the Identity Security Platform experience. In this role, the Security Services Engineer will collaborate with customers to kick-off their transition project, provide support in planning, manage technical activities, oversee the transition, and handle post-transition discussions and activities. The goal is to ensure a seamless transition, foster a positive customer experience and outcome, and enable customers to continue and grow with CyberArk’s Identity Security Platform.

As a crucial part of the team overseeing the overall process, the Security Services Engineer will closely collaborate with product management, R&D, and other supporting teams to facilitate the upgrading or migration of customers to the Identity Security Platform. This collaborative effort is vital for achieving the company’s goal of transitioning the entire customer base to the Identity Security Platform and expanding the adoption of CyberArk's SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer and fully own both the customer’s experience and the process of upgrading or migrating a customer to Privilege on the Identity Security Platform.
  • Work directly with the customer to plan, upgrade, deploy, or configure the solution, preparing them for the upgrade or migration process.
  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact during planning, preparations, or upgrade of the customer’s environment when transitioning to the Identity Security Platform.
  • Assist Privilege Cloud customers with developing, managing, and executing project plans and timelines associated with the customer’s transition to the Identity Security Platform.
  • Guide the customer through Identity Security best practices associated with changes to their existing practices and processes in respect to the upgrade or migration to the Identity Security Platform.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, and other stakeholders to execute and continually improve the experience of upgrading and transforming customers' Privilege deployment to CyberArk’s new Identity Security Platform.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience in an enterprise software company or systems integrator.
  • 2+ years of experience at a SaaS, security, or IT vendor in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Experience setting up and installing enterprise software on Windows and Unix platforms.
  • Experience with Active Directory and IDP systems.
  • Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution to complex problems.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment.
  • Ability to understand enterprise customers and their needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Security+ or similar security certifications are preferred.
