Cross Border Talents is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Disney project in Athens, Greece.

As part of our team, you'll be working with one of the most beloved entertainment companies in the world, providing outstanding customer service to Disney fans and users.

Your Role as a Danish Customer Support Specialist:

  • Be the voice of Disney, representing a global leader in entertainment and storytelling.
  • Offer exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to Disney+ subscriptions, account management, and general service issues.
  • Guide navigating Disney streaming platforms and managing profiles, passwords, and other account-related topics.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency.


What Were Looking For:

  • Native-level fluency in Danish (C2 level or higher).
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on active listening and problem-solving.
  • Basic technical skills and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
