Job Description
  • To coordinate all service requirements addressed to Club Prive and ensure their immediate action, aiming for the highest possible guest satisfaction.
  • To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills. To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
  • Works in close cooperation with the Kitchen and all other key service departments.
  •  Standard instructions of the immediate guest care, telephone manners, up-selling,
  • Ensures that under no circumstances the telephones are unattended and practice impeccable telephone manners.
  • Conducts a proper handover during shift change.

Qualifications
  • University Degree or Vocational in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year or more experience in a similar role or experience as a telephone operator / call center.
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette and up selling skills.
  • Must be a Russian Speaker and additional language will be a plus
