Your missions

The Contracts Administrator 2 is a mid-level contracts administrator role under the Business Operations team serving as a liaison within Mythics and Emergent supporting OEMs, vendor partners, external customers, internal teams i.e., Legal, Sales, Finance, and other departments with respect to the management of all post award contract deliverables as defined within each contract vehicle. This role maintains positive and open communication with each awarded assigned contracting officer for the applicable contract vehicles (e.g., State and Local entities, Participating Addenda etc.) who relies on timely updates to contracts updating existing OEMs technology offerings, adding new OEMs, prepares and submits modifications or contract change notifications to each entity contracting office for approval as allowed per contract. This role requires contract knowledge related to the various State and Local contracts and Addenda Participating Addenda’s, an understanding of prime verse subcontracting and agent relationships.

Responsibilities And Essential Duties

  • Assist Sales in the development and submission of a response to a request for proposal, invitation to bid, request for quote, etc.
  • Support Sales with any contractual questions or issues.
  • Assist or conduct meetings/calls with assigned contracting officer for the applicable contract vehicles.
  • May assist sales with obtaining required information from vendor partners to comply with contract vehicle requirements, such as:
    • Partner contract approvals with Oracle for new contracts/updates to previously negotiated discounting approvals.
  • Manage, prepare, submit, and negotiate applicable contract vehicle updates or modifications, such as:
    • Additions of new products/services
    • Deletion of products/services
    • Price changes; reductions or price increases
    • Administrative updates; terms updates, part number/product description changes
  • Maintain detailed and organized files on Microsoft SharePoint site for contract vehicle that includes the original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, fee reporting, any pertinent emails communicating with respect to contracts.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Perform administrative support duties for the department, and other contract support projects and assignments, as needed.
  • Provide new contract awards and refresher training to sales teams as needed.
  • Run/support QBRs with State entities per contract.
  • Work with Marketing to post one-sheeters for each newly awarded contract, update and manage the upkeep as contracts change via the Mythics/Emergent websites, as necessary.
  • Work with accounting to ensure timely and accurate sales and/or fee reporting per contract.
  • Collaborate with Capture supporting contract kick meetings with sales after award of new contract vehicle.
  • Update applicable eTools as needed.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • 2 – 4 years’ contract experience with SLED and commercial contracting environments.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Microsoft Excel experience required.
  • Reseller experience a plus.

Effective communication skills; Strong detail-oriented and strategic outside the box problem solving skills. QC of tasks completed per contract or product delivered to agencies via reporting, product updates per contract are accurate. Organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Self-managed; Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers; Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and tight deadlines; Flexibility.
