Who We Are Looking For

The Inside Sales Representative I is responsible for selling the WebPT application to prospective rehab therapy clinics across the United States. This candidate will take prospects and convert them into customers by demonstrating the application and its importance to rehab therapists and their businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

  • Respond to inbound sales leads in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Conduct online demonstrations and presentations to educate clinics on the benefits of using WebPT.
  • Manage the sales pipeline for your book of business using Salesforce.
  • Generate interest in the WebPT application and create a sense of urgency for conversion.
  • Follow up with prospects to address questions and objections, and nurture prospects to close sales.
  • Handle the closing process including member signup, integration to accounting, and handoff to the onboarding team.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Reliable and punctual in reporting for work and taking designated breaks.

What You Should Have To Qualify

  • Must be resourceful, results-oriented, hands-on, and accustomed to working with a team.
  • Be comfortable contacting and, more importantly, connecting with prospects.
  • Great teaching skills - have the ability to effectively, positively and confidentially communicate the benefits of our product to potential customers.
  • Love sales funnels and know how to shake ’em up if necessary.
  • Maintain focus with interruptions even in the most stressful of circumstances.
  • Be organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable.
  • Exude confidence. Know your stuff and talk about it accurately and honestly.
  • Actively listen to prospects and customers, and intelligently overcome objections while developing meaningful relationships.
  • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • At least one year of experience managing client accounts using SalesForce
  • At least two years of working in a customer service or sales environment

Ideally, You Would Also Have These

  • Experience working with the WebPT application
  • Prior work with Pardot or other marketing automation software
  • Senior level administrative experience in a sales environment
