The Shared Services Transactions Workforce Administration Representative is responsible for managing basic, recurring data transactions activities across HR systems. You will support a variety of transaction processes to enable an exceptional teammate life cycle experience. In this role, you will strive to meet all expected service levels and business performance goals, with a focus on improving the overall satisfaction of new hires to the organization.

Paid Time Off: Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
Responsibilities
- Is responsible for accurate and timely data entry and process administration.
- Responsible for standard employee data entry transactions in Oracle, Service Now and other shared services systems, escalating common or complex transactions to Senior Specialists or other appropriate contacts if necessary.
- Processes employee data changes and corrections as requested or as needed through data integrity audits.
- Utilizes a comprehensive knowledge base, including articles, process maps, job aids and other relevant resources, to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Documents recurring issues and corresponding resolution.
- Enhances and expands documentation.
- Obtains clarification of policy when necessary, escalating as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Data entry or administrative experience preferred.
