Senior Solution Consultant

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will drive the success of our enterprise prospects and clients by leveraging your technical expertise, deep healthcare industry knowledge, and ability to translate complex concepts into compelling value propositions. In this consultative role, you will engage both internal and external stakeholders to discover, map, and align technical and business requirements with b.well’s product’s capabilities to achieve the strategic outcomes of our prospects and clients. Serving as a vital subject matter expert (SME) for b.well, you will collaborate closely with both the sales and client success teams throughout key stages of the client journey including pre-sales technical discovery, deployment, support, and expansion.

This role is open to fully remote work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with prospects & clients, creating high-quality deliverables including technical diagrams, demos, and presentations, taking ownership of meeting prospect & client expectations
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with prospective and existing client decision makers and senior/executive stakeholders
  • Lead discovery and project scoping for our most complex projects, resulting in a clear understanding of technical requirements, solution approach, and implementation plan
  • Serve as an industry expert, attending industry events to keep up to date on the latest trends & showcasing the b.well platform and our mission
  • Inform the b.well product roadmap, serving as a key voice of customer and market input
  • Lead functional and technical responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Collaborate with the Commercial (Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships) and Client Success teams, providing technical & strategic support to establish a mutual product fit and partnership
  • Manage multiple complex prospect & client engagements concurrently
  • Other duties as assigned


Job Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in solutions or technical sales role within the healthcare industry advising enterprise-level clients
  • Experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (ie. FHIR, HL7v2, CCDA, X12, APIs)
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry including value based care, HIPAA, HITRUST, HEDIS/NCQA, TEFCA, and technology trends
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Up to 25% travel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including listening, comprehension, and application of concepts to influence decision makers
  • Strong, independent decision-making skills
  • Ability to work successfully as an individual and within a team
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency required, including successful experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple, competing priorities


Great to Have

  • Experience integrating and/or partnering with EHR vendors, digital health solutions, claims systems, and other health tech vendors
  • Comfort working on multiple large initiatives at the same time
  • Significant technical experience and capabilities


Blow us Away

  • Understanding of EMPI, MDM, and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with OAuth / SMART on FHIR, SSO, SAML
  • Experience with web application and/or mobile app development
  • Experience working with B2B2C platforms


The target salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
