About The Position

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist with extensive experience in managing and optimizing the supply chain for companies selling products on Amazon using FBA. This role requires a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem and involves overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and supplier relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process, focusing on inventory management for Amazon FBA, ensuring timely stock replenishment and minimizing excess inventory.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
  • Forecast demand and create purchase orders aligned with sales trends and Amazon FBA requirements.
  • Analyze and optimize supply chain costs, including COGS, shipping, and handling expenses, to improve profitability.
  • Monitor and report on key supply chain KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon FBA regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on Amazon FBA.
  • Extensive knowledge of Amazon FBA processes, including inventory management, shipping, and compliance.
  • Proficiency with supply chain and inventory management software; advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
