About the role

Join our team of software developers and insurance risk specialists and become the go-to person for future-proofing our systems.


In this role you will work comprehensively as Solveva’s infrastructure and security specialist. You will maintain our high-level policies and frameworks and oversee the security configurations of our computer systems, interacting with all internal and external stakeholders.



What you'll be doing


In this position, you will:


  • Develop and manage the ISMS (Information Security Management System)
  • Organize internal audits
  • Continuously improve Solveva’s security landscape
  • Adhere to the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards and manage our yearly re-certification under ISO/IEC 27001
  • Support the software development and management teams with security-related tasks.
  • Monitor the company’s infrastructure, from end-user devices to cloud infrastructures
  • Drive preventive and corrective efforts to maintain and improve overall security.
  • Work closely with architects, system administrators, and DevOps administrators to select and implement hardware, software, and cloud infrastructures for the company.
  • Engage directly with clients to address their security concerns, develop trust, and ensure that Solveva's security practices meet their specific needs and expectations.

As the go-to person for all things information and infrastructure security, you will be a key point of contact for all Solveva colleagues as well as for clients. You’ll bring excellent communication skills and an intrinsic passion for cybersecurity.

To succeed in your role, the following experience would be beneficial:


  • Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience in implementing hardware infrastructures, cloud infrastructure, ISMS frameworks
  • Solid understanding of operating systems, networks, and application architectures
  • 3+ years’ experience in vulnerability scanning, analysis, and mitigation
  • Experience working with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM (Mobile Device Management) tools and vulnerability scanners
  • 3+ years’ experience with containerized infrastructures (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Business fluency in English
