Job description

Designation: Executive - Talent & People

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

We are looking for an Executive- Talent & People to join our People team and support our Talent Acquisition and HR operational process from end to end. This will be an integral role within the People team at Nivoda, the Executive-Talent & People will help facilitate serious growth and develop your own skills as the company scales. You will need to be a passionate ‘people person’ who takes ownership over researching and advising on new market compliance, supporting Managers on CV selection and pre-screening and managing key stages of the hiring process including onboarding, off-boarding and automation. You’ll focus on all business areas and help deliver an excellent employee and candidate experience whilst having a keen interest in process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source relevant candidates for each open role
  • Own the end to end recruitment process from screening CVs and conducting initial screening interviews
  • Schedule interviews, share feedback with team members and candidates promptly.
  • Post job advertisements and take prompt actions on each candidate’s CV.
  • Keep track of all open positions through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Assist team in reference and background checks.
  • Coordinate with agencies till onboarding of candidates
  • Manage onboarding for new joiners.
  • Manage off-boarding exercises, working closely with team managers to close out all stages quickly and efficiently.
  • Handle employee queries on general HR related issues and escalate the issue to the next level if required.
  • Ensure employee details on ATS and HR employee portal are correct and up to date.
  • Support the Head of Talent and Senior Manager on tasks relating to Employer Brand and Employee Retention as required.
  • Handle any other tasks as assigned.
