Job Function

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will report directly to the Director of Application Support. Acting as the single point of contact for all operational services related to a Client Success client, the SDM will focus on ensuring client satisfaction, reporting service-related metrics, managing project activities, and leading our delivery teams to provide exceptional service.

The SDM is accountable for all aspects of their assigned client base, which includes:

  • Delivery
  • Profitability
  • Renewals
  • Client satisfaction

Effective communication with clients is essential for developing long-term relationships, functioning in an advisory role, and driving increased revenue for SIS.
