Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Vaccine Sales Consultant! The Vaccine Sales Consultant's main purpose is to generate revenue for HCPA with a secondary purpose of assisting the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention of the customer. The Consultant will work with customers to educate them on vaccination and immunization opportunities and then sign them to our service offerings, examples being (but not limited to) solving business problems through services to growing the client's business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
  • Build strong rapport with clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Transition all clients into retained clients with a focus on achieving annual purchase targets.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales efforts.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a preference for Healthcare experience.
  • Experience in a Consultancy business preferred.
  • Experienced in both B2B and B2C sales.
  • Proven skills in client relationship management and business opportunity identification.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • MBA or business related qualification highly regarded.
