About the role:

As an Occupational Therapist, your primary responsibility will involve supporting individuals in their homes (home care package) and within the NDIS context. No two days will be the same as you engage with diverse clients, providing individual and personalised care plans and conduct assessments, prescribe assistive technology and home modifications, and write NDIS reports for relevant clientele. With emphasis on collaboration and an interdisciplinary approach, you will work closely with other health professionals to ensure a wholesome service offer.

  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
