Due to expansion, we are currently looking for Recruitment Consultant (Junior/Senior) to join our experienced and growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To support the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from research, sourcing, interview, offer and all the operational and administrative work associated with hiring.
  • Responsible for professional and non- professional hiring across all business functions
  • Responsible for the full recruitment process, including managing job posting and headhunting, sourcing and screening of candidates, candidate tracking and status updates to hiring managers.
  • Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposal, extend verbal offers and issue Employment Agreements
  • Build strong relationships with client and develop an expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.


Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in recruitment agency will be added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).


Job Details

  • Working Hour: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • HQ in Puchong, able to work remotely
  • High commission payout!
  • Hybrid work arrangement can be arranged
