UX/UI Designer & Website/Webflow Developer (part time or freelance) (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer & Website/Webflow Developer to support our team part-time or as freelancer for the Philippines to work in a remote setup for our Europe-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

This role involves choosing the right template to build our website on to then create Figma designs and implementing them into functional and responsive websites using Wix or Webflow or Wordpress. It is your responsibility to choose the right teamplate to build the website on, we prefer a no-code solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, technical expertise, and a passion for refining and transforming designs into seamless digital experiences.

Building a group providing physiotherapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy treatments in physical practices, in elderly home cares and in private homes.

Responsibilities:

• Identify best website template to reflect our website needs on
  
• Create, update and refine Figma designs to enhance usability and visual appeal.
• Convert UI/UX design wireframes visual and functional elements of the application in Wix/Webflow/Wordpress.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout the design and development process.
