What the role entails

Some of the key responsibilities of our Account Manager will be:

  • Experienced individual contributor that requires minimal supervision.
  • Liaises between the company and the customers to build a strong bond with the Company and as a trademark.
  • Provides Product Managers and Product Planners with customer feedback and request.
  • Coordinate projects and activities within the company for customers.
  • Works closely with the customers to set a roadmap that correlate with the company’s overall business and development plan.
  • Educates and informs the customer of company products and systems including news and updates of the same.
  • Oversees that product offer, contract; and business model is adjusted to provide the most profitable relationship.
  • Introduces, educates; and manages integrations with new customers.
  • Oversees marketing material and press releases about products and customers.
  • Contributes as a key member of the management team; make valuable contributions to business discussions around the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
  • Travels domestically and/or internationally for business as needed.
