Marketing Coordinator (Project Based)

Distribute assignments (referred to as “tickets”) to relevant parties such as creative teams and other departments, in consideration of deadlines, availability & priorities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating the status of the tickets from the project management platform ensuring that tasks meet the deadline
• Monitor & Update all parties of progress of task
• Correct missing fields in the tickets and deadlines accordingly
• Follow through on ticket requests with a "Requestor Feedback Needed" and "Internal Team Review Needed" statuses
• Support other related tasks for Follow through or Ticket Creation / Ad – hoc tasks as needed

Daily Report

• Observe a daily tracker containing daily output & submit to the Lead
• 5 new tickets per day with turn - around time of 4 days end to end
• Per new ticket, there are 5 – 6 sub - tasks each that need coordination / distribution of assignments / creating / endorsing / approving
• Key is to follow through the tickets from the requestors and doers of the tickets (various departments) so that it moves from one stage to the completed stage

Qualifications

• Have used a Project management software (i.e. Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
• Computer literacy is 10/10 to navigate tech tools at work
• Highly Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Excel)
• Bonus if this person is capable of taking flyer content and converting it to social copy (meaning can write)
