Lead Buyer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Non-Product Related (Technical Purchase) (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all yearly Capex procurement including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation etc.
- Responsible for all major investment projects procurement at the factory and offices.
- Responsible for all maintenance & repair all indirect related procurements. Responsible for HSE-related purchases for the site and for offices.
- Responsible for all the AMCs for Machinery & Spent control.
- Responsible for all types of contracts namely Warehouse/Logistics/Travel/Hotel/ Consultants.
- Responsible for Cost and Inventory management. Adhere to Procure to Pay (P2P) policy & Compliance aspects of the Company.
- Existing vendor development activities and new vendor sourcing.
Qualifications
- Graduation with Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering with MBA (Preferably in Supply Chain Management /Material Management) with 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Knowledge of purchasing / accounting processes required.
- Working knowledge in SAP would be preferred.
- Computer skills required with knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Negotiation skills
- Basic awareness of HSE
