Your missions

Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator

Location: Remote

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Assist in developing and executing global and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Help develop and implement marketing strategies for LQ services, vendor technologies, and topics.


Creative Content Development

  • Create Brand artwork for LearnQuest’s email and digital search/display campaigns; ensure campaigns comply with the digital brand and are CAN-SPAM & GDPR compliant.
  • Create marketing collateral and informational material that will be used to help the Sales Team and to inform clients of the company's offerings.
  • Assist sales team with all automated marketing activities.
  • Craft compelling content for social media posts, online advertisements, and email campaigns.
  • Produce White Papers, blogs, case studies, and other collateral to serve as lead generation tools.


Digital Advertising and Promotion

  • Manage paid advertising accounts, including PPC campaigns and display initiatives.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimize PPC campaigns for maximum efficiency.
  • Lead and enhance paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Oversee social media campaigns, including content creation, graphic design, and paid ads.


Website and Digital Asset Management

  • Enhance website performance and user experience through SEO optimization, design improvements, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage WordPress content, editing and uploading new posts.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and optimize PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data, present insights to management, and utilize tools like Google Analytics, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and SQL.


Collaboration and Special Projects

  • Lead and execute extensive email marketing campaigns, including various campaign types and automated sequences (Workflows).
  • Undertake special projects and fulfill other related duties as assigned.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a creative/marketing environment.


Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record in PPC management, campaign creation, and digital strategy.


Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn (or other social media) advertising platforms.
  • Proven ability to optimize ad campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA) to achieve marketing objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Strong skills in copywriting and graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Creativity and innovation to generate fresh ideas and concepts for content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ability to utilize generative AI tools for content creation.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, like HubSpot
  • Understanding of marketing principles and industry best practices.
  • Competence in web content management, particularly WordPress.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical teams, to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives, brand messaging, and creative standards.
  • Ability to analyze and present marketing data.
  • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.


Languages
