For one of our key Clients we're looking for a specialist for the position of:

Android Mobile Developer (Senior)

Terms Of Engagement

Area: healthcare (GER)

Localisation: 100% remote

Start: ASAP (max 1 month notice period)

Salary rate (determined individually): 180 - 200 PLN net / h Terms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term

Scope Of Duties

  • Lead the charge: Drive the development of groundbreaking mobile and web applications, pushing boundaries and exceeding expectations.
  • Mastermind solutions: Translate complex requirements into user-centric experiences that delight and engage.
  • Champion collaboration: Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering open communication and shared success.
  • Design with purpose: Collaborate with UI/UX experts to craft front-end designs that are both beautiful and intuitive.
  • Spearhead mobile innovation: Own our mobile initiatives, setting the vision and ensuring flawless execution.
  • Guide with brilliance: Inspire and empower off- and nearshore teams to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience developing custom applications for mobile operating systems, with a minimum of 1 year in a healthcare setting.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within international development teams and work with diverse stakeholders, including project managers, Scrum masters, product owners, business analysts, developers, and infrastructure and security architects.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of programming patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM), development tools, and frameworks (e.g., Declarative UI, Angular, Xamarin, React).
  • English - B2+

Nice To Have Skills

  • Proven track record working with health-specific data models and interoperability formats
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and a talent for leading collaborative project teams.
