Job description

Working As a Project Manager (PMO), You Will

  • Create and establish PMO strategy, documentation standards and project management framework which fit best Mowi needs
  • Create, build up skills and competences in Project Management
  • Organize IT projects into the portfolios and programs (resource, risk mgmt. grouping and reporting to program/portfolio owner)
  • Recommend sequence of project to run and manage all IT portfolios, programs and project monitoring (cost, resource, time reporting)
  • Lead execution of complex digital projects
  • Make sure each digital intiative is documented; reported within organization
  • Success story reporting to overall company audience to promote digitalization (department and BU level)
  • Organize every other month Digital business review meetings to collect information about business needs, challenges and evaluate their payback/influence on the business; help fulfil intial project description as a fundament for business case
  • Organize evaluation meetings within IT tem to support business needs

  • Experience in managing project portfolios and programs, including resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
  • Experience in conducting business needs analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to define and implement PMO strategies aligned with organizational needs.
  • Excellent English skills
