Your missions

We are looking for a talented and driven Cloud IAM Engineer to join our client’s Cloud Platform team, a global leader in the healthcare industry. In this position, you will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) features, helping to secure and optimize cloud infrastructure while ensuring alignment with the enterprise IAM strategy of our client.

Obowiązki

  • Collaboratively develop and improve IAM features and engineering capabilities for the cloud platform, including deployment pipelines, abstraction layers, and self-service functionality for end-users.
  • Partner with enterprise IAM product teams to integrate cloud IAM features with broader enterprise solutions and contribute to the IAM product backlog.
  • Work with the Cloud SecDevOps Engineering team to enhance the platform’s security and IAM posture by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and external teams.
  • Prioritize and deliver on milestones and objectives as directed by product management and IAM requirements.
  • Lead the software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements and working with Product Owners to implementing and deploying IAM features using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor and maintain the health and reliability of live IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability and overall performance.
  • Enhance the IAM posture of the cloud platform by adhering to the principle of least privilege and implementing privileged access management.

Wymagania

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience in IT (networking, infrastructure, database).
  • 2+ years of experience in AWS Cloud Identity & Access Management (IAM) as a cloud security engineer, developer, or consultant.
  • 2+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, focusing on Web Single Sign-On (SAML, OIDC), Directory Services, and UNIX Access Management.
  • Strong customer and delivery focus with an IAM mindset.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly in infrastructure as code (IaC) and control as code.
  • Experience designing and operating hybrid multi-cloud solutions in AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps pipeline automation tools (GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Python, Ansible).

Nice To Have

  • Experience with cloud networking (VPC subnets, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall) and application networking (AWS API Gateway, NLB/ALB).
  • AWS Architect Professional/DevOps certification or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of containers/serverless services and other DevOps pipeline automation tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD).
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Life Cycle tools and development workflows (e.g., JIRA).
