Job description

We are looking for a skilled Firmware Engineer to join our growing team.

Dare to have a mission:

  • Design, develop, and maintain firmware for embedded systems, primarily using the STM32 ecosystem.
  • Optimize code for low-power operation, ensuring efficient power management in all developed firmware.
  • Implement and manage Bluetooth communication protocols within embedded devices to ensure reliable and secure data transmission.
  • Develop and implement power management strategies to optimize battery life and reduce power consumption in embedded systems.
  • Collaborate with hardware engineers by reading and interpreting schematics and PCB layouts to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware components (design not required).
  • Test and debug firmware to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability, resolving any issues that arise during development.
  • Document firmware design, code, and processes to maintain clear communication and knowledge transfer within the team.


The tools in your backpack:

  • 5-10 years of experience in firmware development, with a strong focus on embedded systems.
  • Extensive experience with the STM32 ecosystem, including development tools, libraries, and peripherals.
  • Proficient in implementing Bluetooth communication protocols in embedded devices.
  • Proven experience in power management and code optimization for low-power devices.
  • Familiarity with reading schematics and PCB layouts to ensure accurate firmware-hardware integration.
  • DSP skills are a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Fluent English
