Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred, 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and support, Strong experience with ServiceNow platform and ESM/ITSM modules, Certificates: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Key responsabilities:
- Administer and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform
- Provide level 2 support, track and resolve incidents
- Operationalize Change Management Process and coordinate changes
- Implement security measures and conduct regular assessments
- Develop, test, and deploy fixes, enhancements, and new services
