We have an exciting part-time opportunity in our Music Department: we are looking a Manager for Artists and Repertoire to join our team!


What you will do:

  • Talent Scouting: Identify and sign promising new artists with a focus on individuals or bands that have the potential for success on digital and social media platforms.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular research to stay ahead of music trends, viral content, and emerging genres on platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and YouTube Music. Use this analysis to inform the label's strategy in artist development and signings.
  • Contract Negotiation: Handle negotiations with new and existing artists, ensuring terms that are beneficial for both the artist and the label, including rights management and financial agreements.
  • Music Production: Oversee the music production process, including budget management, timeline scheduling, and coordination with producers, songwriters, and other industry professionals.


What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in an A&R role or similar position within the music industry.
  • A strong understanding of current music trends, especially in relation to digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for music and a commitment to artist development.
  • Ability to communicate in English effectively (B2 level at least).
