About The Role

Eightfold AI is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director of Partner Field Operations. This critical role will serve as the COO for the Alliances & Partners team, ensuring seamless collaboration between our Sales organization and our valued Partners. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing systems, processes, and programs to drive Partner success and maximize the impact of our Partner ecosystem, driving new business opportunities, and accelerating deal closure.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner field operations strategy, aligning with Eightfold's overall sales and business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and implement operational frameworks, processes, and tools to optimize partner engagement, collaboration, and performance.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Salesforce and other systems to track, analyze, and report on partner-related data, generating actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales enablement team to equip Partner Managers and Account Executives with the necessary resources, training, and tools to effectively engage partners and drive revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and drive collective success.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or similar roles within the technology industry.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven track record of leveraging data analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including report creation and data analysis.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and present complex information effectively.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Global Mindset: Ability to navigate cultural nuances and effectively manage partner relationships across different geographies
  • Experience in SAAS/Talent Management: Prior experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or talent management space is a plus.

  • Please note this role is open to all US locations and categorized as remote or hybrid depending upon location. The base salary ranges below are provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.

Zone A is SF Bay Area, CA and NYC, NY. Annual Base Salary Range: $180,000 to $211,000

Zone B is all other US locations. Annual Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $176,000
